Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage AIM’s client service and billing operations teams, including hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management of staff.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex advisor service, operational, and billing issues, ensuring timely resolution and strong advisor relationships.
- Oversee advisor onboarding and training, ensuring a consistent and scalable onboarding experience for firms joining the AIM platform.

- Partner with leadership across technology, product, compliance, and investment management to ensure operational readiness for new platform capabilities and advisor growth initiatives.
Skills/Qualifications:
- 10+ years of financial services experience, preferably within a TAMP, RIA platform, custodian, or wealth management operations environment.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing client service, operations, or billing teams, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Strong understanding of RIA, TAMP, and custodial operational workflows, including advisor onboarding, account servicing, and billing processes.

Senior Database Administrator & Developer (PostgreSQL)
We are looking for a versatile Database Administrator & Developer who doesn’t just “keep the lights on,” but actively builds and optimizes the engines that power our applications.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between pure system management and high-level database development. You’ll be responsible for the entire lifecycle of our PostgreSQL environments—from architecting schema designs and writing complex functions to fine-tuning Linux kernels and ensuring 99.99% uptime.
Key Responsibilities
Database Development & Optimization:
- Schema Design: Design and implement robust, scalable relational schemas and data models.
- Advanced SQL: Write and optimize complex queries, triggers, and stored procedures (PL/pgSQL).
- Performance Tuning: Use EXPLAIN ANALYZE and other profiling tools to identify bottlenecks and optimize indexing strategies.
- Migration Management: Lead data migrations, version upgrades, and ETL process development.
System Management & Administration:
