The Associate Client Portfolio Manager will be a key liaison for advisors in effectuating a successful transition and on-going investment experience on the platform.

Advyzon is seeking a detail-oriented data operations professional to support our alternative investment data process, leveraging advanced technologies and tools to manage and validate investment data.

  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on paperwork and process requirements across multiple custodial platforms.
  • Assist with advisor onboarding and training.
  • Answer inbound phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Generate paperwork and reports for advisors while identifying and advocating internally for automation and efficiency opportunities.
  • Process advisor billing and execution with custodians.
  • Assist with data reconciliation across several custodians.
  • Proactively identify and resolve NIGOs.
