We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Compliance Specialist to support the day-to-day compliance operations of Advyzon Investment Management (AIM), a rapidly growing TAMP platform. Associate Trader – Advyzon Investment Management

The Group: Advyzon Investment Management (AIM) is a Turnkey Asset Management Program (TAMP) that offers
investment solutions and operations outsourcing to advisors. AIM was launched in 2022 as a new subsidiary of
Advyzon, which was founded in 2012 with the purpose of building an intuitive, all-in-one technology for advisory
firms. AIM provides disciplined investment management solutions built upon an intuitive user experience and
personalized relationship based service model. The trading group within AIM is responsible for trading client
accounts to keep them in line with model portfolio target allocations.

The Role: We’re seeking an Associate Trader to join our growing team. This person will be responsible for trading
in client accounts to address day-to-day cash flows, target drift due to market movements, portfolio allocation
changes, tax loss harvesting, and other portfolio changes. This is an entry level role and we are willing to provide
on-the-job training for the right candidate. The role is based in our Lisle office.

  • Analyze client portfolios, calculate trades, and execute trades on a daily basis, to keep portfolios in line with assigned AIM, advisor, third party strategist, and unified managed account portfolio targets

This is a client-facing role for someone who enjoys solving problems, learning financial technology, and helping advisors operate with confidence during time-sensitive trading workflows.
You will work directly with Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) and internal partners to troubleshoot platform questions, explain trading and rebalancing functionality, and contribute to a high-quality client experience. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, service-minded, and comfortable translating technical concepts into clear guidance for financial professionals.

  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients using Quantum for trading, rebalancing, model management, and related workflows.

We are looking for a versatile Database Administrator & Developer who doesn’t just “keep the lights on,” but actively builds and optimizes the engines that power our applications.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between pure system management and high-level database development. You’ll be responsible for the entire lifecycle of our PostgreSQL environments—from architecting schema designs and writing complex functions to fine-tuning Linux kernels and ensuring 99.99% uptime.

Database Development & Optimization:

  • Schema Design: Design and implement robust, scalable relational schemas and data models.
